On The Moral Education Administration In Modern Higher Institutions

In order to develop the role of the moral education which acts as the leading role of thoughts, the driving force and the guarantee to the students healthy and sound growing-up in higher institutions and enable students to be suitable for the need of the development of the Socialist Market Economy, we must enhance the moral education in modern higher institutions.In this academic thesis, the author explores the changing and development in the moral education in modern higher institutions on surroundings, contents, methods, carriers, functions and so on, caused by the changing and development of the modern societies. It generalizes and analyses the administration errands of the moral education in modern higher institutions. The thesis consists three parts:In Chapter 1, by analyzing the characters in the development of the moral education in modern higher institutions, it draws the conclusion that the developing tendency of the moral education is socialization, modernization, standardization, specialization and internationalization. In Chapter 2, through the description on the connotation of the moral education administration in higher institutions, it generalizes the goal of the moral education administration in higher institutions and summarizes the general principles on the moral education administration in higher institutions.In Chapter 3, it mainly discusses the errands of the moral education administration in higher institutions. It can be illustrated by the simple or the concrete words. The former consists of the administration of the staff and the tasks, while the later have four elements. That is, the policy decision administration, the process administration, the crisis administration, and the staff administration.In the end, it summarizes the general meaning of the whole thesis.
