Vigorously develop vocational education in China's economic and social development of an objective need. On the one hand, the community of highly skilled professionals there are a lot of demand, on the other hand, graduates of our vocational employment. Such signs that the vocational training of our specifications and uality and the community's demand for highly skilled professionals there are some deviations between. Practical teaching system is the dequacy of vocational training institutions to improve the quality of students in an ffective means, in the vocational education system in an important position. However, long-standing practice of the teaching of theoretical study and practical exploration is relatively weak, and not practical ability of students has become a constraining bottleneck for the sustainable development of higher vocational located. As a result, the practice of the teaching system of vocational education has become an important subject of study.National institutions on the practice of higher vocational education system and reform of the whole, as a result of objective conditions, in the macro-and micro-level, there are some issues requiring urgent solution. Practical teaching system building and reform is the key to the development of vocational education, vocational education reform is the "core" and "breakthrough" and related to the professional quality of the building, personnel training related to the adaptability, related to the employment of students, related to the vocational education in the survival and development.Qiqihar Vocational College for the cases of institutions of higher vocational education system in practice and the role of the basic meaning of the analysis to determine the significance of research. Take the questionnaire, individual interviews, research methods, such as comparative law, the practice of higher vocational colleges to find the education system and causes problems, and systematically analyze problems, to explore effective measures to solve the problem, in order to improve the quality of higher vocational education and training practice has a strong practical ability of qualified applications, professional-type entrepreneurs to provide reference.
