The main task of higher vocational education is to foster the front line higher applied talents with professional skills for all trades and professions such as production, management, service, etc. The higher applied talents are not only required to master necessary basic theoretical knowledge, but also required to have a strong practical ability and professional capability. Practice teaching is the main ways and means to obtain practical ability and professional capability while a student in college, so practice teaching is the main part of higher vocational education. However, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, the quality of practice teaching is becoming more and more difficult to be effectively assured, which affect the healthy development of higher vocational education. As a result, exploring how to assure the quality of practice teaching and how to establish an effective quality assurance system has a significant meaning for substantial development of vocational education.The article first analysis the importance and some existed problems of quality assurance in higher vocational education in china, and it clarified that only establishing a completed and effective quality assurance system can assure the practice teaching quality in higher vocational education. The core work of this article is establishing a completed and effective quality assurance system, and then compared it with the quality assurance of Zhejiang college of construction and analysis. It is a usage progress putting theory to practice in order to improving the teaching quality of Zhejiang college of construction.In the article, it first analysis the related connotation, the main functions, the mode of quality assurance and the organization system of quality assurance system of practice teaching. Then, the article build quality assurance system of practice teaching from four aspects, including background quality assurance, input quality assurance, process quality assurance and output quality assurance, it also gives the content of evaluating indicators and grade standards. At last, the article compares the established quality assurance system with that of Zhejiang college of construction and analysis, it proposes some views and suggestions in order to improving the quality assurance system of practice teaching in Zhejiang college of construction.
