Higher vocational education is one type of higher education,which shoulders the task of cultivating the high-skilled personnel needed for the first line facing production,construction,service and management.Practice teaching is an important way to achieve objective of high skilled talents cultivation and it also reflects the school-running level and quality of talents cultivation.Practice teaching includes course experiment,operation skill training,cognitive practice,on-the-job practice and post-practice.The practice teaching project goes throughout the whole process of talent training.At present,there exist several problems in practice training of higher vocational colleges: teaching objective is inaccuracy,program curriculum replace practice teaching,the proportion of practice teaching is relative low in total class hours,the activities in practice teaching haven't been systematized,or the management of practice teaching is lacking of systematization.All of above problems become the obstacle of restricting the accomplishment of practice training function.In order to better fulfill the function of high-skilled talents cultivation,practice teaching training need to follow the basic rule of professional talents ability formation,and integrate each link of practice teaching together combining with the basic process of talents training in higher vocational colleges,so as to realize the purpose of the whole optimization.This paper is guided by the competency-based education thoughts and in accordance with the goal and positioning of the professional ability training in higher vocational colleges.Taking HeiLongjiang Agricultural Vocational College as an example,in accordance with the connotation,the construction principle and process of the practice teaching system,we make the professional development orientation and condition analysis,regional economy and social demand analysis,professional post demand analysis,system analysis and some other related process of construction analysis,which forms practice teaching system covering teaching goals,resources,contents,managements and evaluation.
