Study On The Couple Relationship Of Migrant Women And The Intervention Of Social Work

Along with the development of economy society and the loosening of the household registration policy, a growing number of people from the countryside moved to the city, from small towns migrated to big cities, in which more and more women of outside married urban men and has become one of the main reasons for migration. As a migrant women, leave the familiar surroundings and own family, the most needed is her husband's support and considerate, helping them to adapt to the new city and family life. Good relationship of couple, not only to maintain family stability and harmony, but also promote the harmonious development of society. In this paper, we take the migrant women of X Town, Pudong Shanghai for sample, from the three aspects of couple relationship:economic, power and emotional, to describe and analyze current situation of couple relationship of migrant women, and from the individual, family, society three aspects analyze the influencing factors. Study found that in the family of migrant women still with her husband's income as the pillar, although financial management is given priority to wife, but her husband enjoy more control over; In the family the authority status of migrant women is not low, but it is more inclined to husbands in power distribution process; Communication between husband and wife is better, the vast majority of the migrant women is satisfied with the current couple relationship, but there are still some cases of domestic violence. Moreover, using participant observation to evaluate and reflect the process and outcome of social work intervention for couple relationship of migrant women.
