Relations Of Rural Migrant Workers Couples In The Urban Integration

With the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of surplus labor force has emerged in rural areas,promoting more and more rural population to migrate to cities to find employment opportunities.After entering the urban society,rural migrant workers may directly lead to changes in their family relations due to different levels of integration in various aspects and the institutional factors such as urban and rural dual household registration.In modern society,the core family has become the main family structure in society,and the relations between couples are particularly important as the foundation of family establishment.Based on it,the paper studies the relationships between rural migrant workers couples in the process of urban integration,in order to promote the harmonious relationships between the husband and wife of the group and enhance the sense of belonging of the group to the city.This paper mainly divides the urban integration of rural migrant workers into four dimensions,including economic integration,social integration,cultural integration and psychological integration.The relationships between couples are mainly from the perspective of subjective and objective.The subjective aspect is to study the emotional relationship between husband and wife.The objective aspect is to explore the power relationship between the couples.Through the analysis of the status quo of rural migrant workers' cities in these four dimensions and the current description of the relations between couples' emotional relationship and power relationship.The influence of the integration of migrant workers in the city on their husband and wife relationship is deeply understood.Through the regression analysis of the relationship between migrant workers couples from each dimension of integration,and the conclusions are drew.Firstly,the economic integration has a significant impact on the relationship between the couples.The more satisfied you are with your annual income,the more intimate the couples relationship is and the more equal status is.Secondly,economic integration has a significant impact on the relations between rural migrant worker couples.The specific performance is that the higher satisfaction with their annual income,the more harmonious relations between couples,and the more equal of the power status.Thirdly,the social integration is significant for the relationship between rural migrant worker couples.The impact is that with more interaction with urban people,the emotional relationship between migrant workers couples is closer.Lastly,cultural integration has a significant impact on the relationship between the couples.The specific expression is that with the more frequent public cultural life in the city,the power relationship between the couples are more equal.Therefore,according to the influencing factors of these couples relationship of migrant workers,the author can promote the benign development of couples relationship.Some relevant suggestions were made from the aspects of improving the economic level,improving relevant policies and systems,changing cultural concepts,participating in urban activities and coexisting with each other.The influencing factors of the relations between couples of the rural migrant workers are also very complicated.In this paper,the analysis is mainly based on the background of their urban integration.It is expected that this study can provide ideas for the harmonious development of the couple relations of migrant workers and the formulation of policies related to family services.
