Research On The Hard Employment Of Graduates In Our Country

The employment condition of the graduates is the important guideline of economy status. As the important workforce, the graduates'employment condition is lied store by the government and academicians.Along with the continuous development of our country's higher education popularization and the penetration of the employment market innovation, the facing problem of hard employment of graduates in our country has been coming out day after day.Our country is in the developing process of high education, which is consciously propulsive higher education popularization employment market innovation. According to the data shown by Ministry of Education, since the year 1999 of our country's high education extension, only four years till 2003 are used to reach the status of higher education popularization, that is, the semi finished matriculation rate has reached to over 15%. While the semi finished matriculation rate of 2007 has reached to 23%and this increasing speed is very high. At the same time, the employment policy has been changed into the bidirectional choice between graduates and companies from the employment mode of "arranged with jobs". When the supply of graduates has been exceed quickly, the employment condition is bad because of the unhealthy market economy system, such as incomplete labor market, lopsided economy development, and so on.One of the important reasons of high education extension in 1999 is inner need extension, so the education industrialization is always referred. Though the problem of hard employment of graduates has occurred at that time, Asian financial crisis increases the speed of education extension. We have no need to discuss the meaning of education extension, but exactly our country's high education system and the whole economy society have no prepare to face the influence taken by the indetermination of economy development. As a result, we need to seriously analysis the complexity of hard employment of graduates, especially the actual employment condition of high education graduates, because they are the nearest people in finding jobs to have the speaking right.This thesis has researched the employment conditions of educates in Dalian by questionnaires in order to get the basic information of the employment in system and find out the reasons leading to the hard employment problem of high school's educates. The questionnaires start from the educates themselves and base on the experience faced by educates in the process of finding jobs to more deeply know about the standard and feelings of finding jobs of graduates, the functions of collages and government, and so on. This information in first hand has enough persuasion in analyzing the hard employment problem of graduates. According to the researches and analysis, the graduates can impersonally consider the present hard employment condition which is caused by the reasons in many aspects:not only the self reasons of educates, for example the lack of abilities but also the reasons caused by collages and government. The thesis use the SPSS statistical and analyzing software to exactly describe the reasons of hard employment of educates. The conclusion has a peculiar meaning in guidance, for example, the educates from different collages in different majors has faced the different hard employment conditions, which correctly deepens the sensible cognition in present hard employment condition.The summary of this thesis is that firstly the employment condition of educates in Dalian is basically described and the basic information of finding jobs and employment of educates in Dalian are known in order to prepare for analyzing the hard employment of educates; then the reasons of hard employment are analyzed in system, wherein, the reasons and main express ways of hard employment of educates have been quantitatively analyzed; finally the advices in policy of hard employment of educates from three aspects:high school, the educates themselves and government. Emphatically, as the important talent store, the educates need the helps from local governments to solve the employment problem. The place with more collages should afford this responsibility much more. The local government should change the employment pressure into the economically increasing motility and work with collages to provide enough energy for the long development of local economy. And the three main body should work hard for solving the hard employment problem of educates.
