At present,the employment situation of college students in our country is more and more serious.On the one hand,the leapfrog development of our higher education makes our country high.The number of graduates increases with the number of graduates,which leads to the increase of the size of graduates and the saturation of the job market.On the other hand,society The constant change of talent level,the decline of teaching quality and the lack of employability are also college students.Employment difficulties related factors.Among them,the lack of employment ability of college students is an important cause of employment difficulties.As a result,To improve the employment ability of college students,cultivate their comprehensive quality and help them find jobs smoothly has become the current position in higher education one of the important tasks ahead.Based on this,this paper comprehensively adopts literature analysis,interview survey and other research methods,taking Dalian as the research object,and applies the theory of government regulation and collaborative governance to study the cultivation of employment ability of university students in Dalian.The main research contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this thesis,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this thesis.The second part is conceptual interpretation and theoretical basis.This paper mainly defines the three basic concepts of employability,college students‘ employability and college students' employability,and expounds the theory of government regulation and collaborative governance.The third part is the achievement of the employment ability training of Dalian university students.Through interviews and surveys,it is understood that the employment ability training of university students in Dalian is becoming more and more complete in the construction of the employment guidance department and the employment guidance curriculum is becoming more and more scientific.The fourth part and the fifth part respectively analyze the main problems and their causes from the following four aspects: the absence of government regulation construction in thecultivation of college students‘ employability,the undefined training objectives of colleges and universities,the urgent need to optimize the social employment environment and the unclear career planning of college students.The sixth part is the countermeasure optimization research centering on the problems and causes of college students' employability training.According to the interview survey found that the main problem,in combination with basic theory of government regulation and collaborative governance principles,on the basis of this paper to establish college students' employment ability of government to develop rules and regulations,improve the college students' employment ability of university culture system,optimize the environment of social employment ability of college students to cultivate and improve college students' employment ability of self consciousness four aspects put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.
