China is a unified multi-ethnic country, which is a multi-ethnic harmony big family. During long-term production practice and living practice,56 ethnic groups created and accumulated a diverse and unique national culture, and formed the "pluralistic " national cultural patterns. Ethnic art is the crystallization of minorities' excellent culture, and it is the most dazzling part of the treasure house of Chinese civilization. However, at present due to the economic globalization and the impact of mainstream culture, many kinds of ethnic art categories and types are facing crisis of lacking of the successors, thus to train the successors of the ethnic art becomes a top priority.Early childhood is significance in the development of individual life. So we should pass down ethnic art in early childhood education and train the ethnic art successor from a young age. At this point, the children are ready to accept ethnic art psychologically. Meanwhile, to pass down ethnic art in preschool education also helps to solve the era proposition of "the conflict and harmony of global integration and cultural diversity, the conflict and harmony of national integration and cultural diversity ".Thus, this paper first discuss the relationship between inheritance of ethnic art and preschool education, demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of carrying out the inheritance of ethnic art in preschool education, with particular emphasis on the social meaning and individual meaning of carrying out the inheritance of ethnic art in preschool education in the multi-ethnic region.Then, using field survey and self-questionnaire Survey to review and analyze the current status of the two rivers Wa Lahu ethnic minority children Blang and Dai Autonomous County Art tradition of social resources, kindergartens and early childhood education, family heritage. And through self-questionnaire and the use of sociology to analyze the statistical software SPSS16.0 to analyze the current status of 101 minority children's emotional and cognitive ability to the local ethnic art, who are from the Center Nursery of Shuangjiang County. In order to reflect the current problems of the inheritance of ethnic art in preschool education in Shuangjiang County and in the kindergarten education and in the family education. The results show that the inheritance of ethnic art in preschool education has a positive effect. Ethnic Art in the inheritance of preschool education must be closer together with social education inheritance, kindergarten education inheritance and family education inheritance.
