The Research For Assistant Team's Professional Development In College

The contemporary work of instructors is full of happiness and sorrow even the feeling of troubles. Although some laws and regulations were published, many troubles such as identities, professionals are all big challenges both in theories and practices. This article of educational master's degree have done some investigations in Hunan Women's University, pointing out three problems in instructor ranks. The article provide some strategies in strengthing the instructor ranks, both the internal and the outside. The internal measures inculde strengthening and pushing forward instructor ranks, aiming at occupational, professional and specializational. The outside measures include not only paying some efforts by themselves but also consummating and enhancing instructor's treatments. Limitid by author's theory and pratical abilities, the research in the article is not all-round. In the end, I hope the article could be the key to investigate instructor ranks and provide some valuable clues and works.
