Through the research of initial education, the thesis try to clarify some theoretical question about the realization of teachers' specialization and the necessitude of teachers' specialization of college and university. The main ideas as follows:The initial education is the unification of practice and rationality. Education practice, including rationality, significance and value realization, is the unification of teachers' education practice and life practice. In such practice, teachers' education practice aim and their life aim is identical. But the ownership of education to government make the education aim more and more is under the command of politics and economic. Teachers' life is covered by education aim, because their works as a kind of tool to political and economical aim can't influence the set of education aim. Therefore, teachers' life becomes more and more meaningless. At the same time, education practice development and education rationality become more and more abstract and far-reaching till become theory which can't be easily understand and operate by a common teacher at the end. Teachers' education practice therefore was reduced to application of method and technique. Thus education practice and education theory become disunited and develop to different direction. On one hand, education theory as its pursuit of universality and abstract become hard to direct education practice easily; On the other hand, as education practice being out of education aim can't make teachers pursue their own value realization, the education rationality has difficult in realizing shift from rationality to theory. It is obvious that how to make teachers' practice rationality return to education practice is not only the key to realize the essence of education but also the key to realize the essence of teachers' specialization.After the analyzing of education practice, the education as a significant world and the difference between teacher and instructor was analyzed again. This analyzing will be helpful to the understanding of teachers who possess education rationality.In the last part of the thesis, the specialization's necessitude and feasibility of the teachers of college and university was discussed. The position of high education makes their specialization necessary, and the quality of the teachers make it feasible. The teachers of college and university as instructors have more chance than the teachers of prime school and middle school to achieve the specialization through developing education rationality. The realization of the specialization of the teachers of college and university will not only beneficial to itself but also to the whole teachers' specialization, so it should be the first pace of teachers' specialization in the present age.
