As the important part of college teacher team and manage team, counselors ofhigher learning are the guiders, organizers and directors of college studentsday-to-day management and the work of moral education. The specialization ofcollege counselor is an inevitable trend of counselor construction, an inevitable choiceof improving the overall quality of the counselors, enhancing the ideological andpolitical quality of education. To carry out instructor evaluation system, establish anscientific, rational, objective and fair one in the current professional background ofpromoting the specialization of counselors has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.The implement of counselor evaluation in Jiangxi S college is the cornerstone inthe thesis. Analysis the inadequate of it, integrate specialization theory to theinstructor evaluation system, propose an idea of building an scientific, effective andfeasible one.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, whichintroduces the theory and practice researches about counselor specialization andevaluation at home and abroad, Points the origin of the topic, significance, methods,and innovation. The second part is elaborating the theory and defining concepts. Inthe third part, there is a case study about Jiangxi S college, revealing the deep natureand analyzing it. In the fourth part, it builds a new instructor evaluation system in theprofessional background of counselor.
