At present, in view of latest concept and the attributes of socialization of English education, the language ability confirming the function of communication is put forward higher requirement. While the trendency to the hysteresis quality and marginalization of English listening speaking education in rural areas inspires us to ponder. In addition, the subject lacks of necessary investigation. Hence, the thesis attempts to interpret the roots of the lag and breaks through potential ignorance, discerning its "morbid" accumulation by series of surveys and interviews so on. Meanwhile, the paper trys to analyse the lag further from three levels:students,teachers and schools, hoping to establish cooperative practical system suitable for listening speaking education in rural areas.On basis of surveys and interviews, the thesis exploits fully the substance of the matter, and observes the cause for the problem, and comprehends the crucial reason. Nextly, from the point of generative features, the thesis probes into "the source,the key and the problem"in the lag. At the same time, the thesis makes an explanation in longitudinal way, exposing that the crux lies in students'motivation,teachers' professional quality and educational thinkings. Then, the thesis focuses on setting forth how to improve current situation:one is to set up class 3D object wisely, including the emphasis of the reasonable orientation of knowledge and skills,elastic operating of teaching process and methods, along with attention of students'emotional values. The other is to pay more attention to teachers' cultivating and guide, namely, the timely update of teachers'ideas and skills,on top of the regional cooperation and exchange among teachers. The third is to expand properly the approach of English listening speaking education. "Ecological Field" on English listening speaking education is expected to be created by relaying on circumstance, showing close attention to students' personalities and prompting the interaction between parent-school. Furthermore, centring around the above three aspects, the writer is determined to internalize the issue into belief and actul deeds.Realising that the lag is not only of endogenous features but a sub-health mapping from external force, the thesis finally follows the principle of intergrating theory with practice, summoning educators to undertake jointly the mission that inovate English education in countryside. Above all, the long-term solution to the problem is that educators are expected to concentrate educational essence, to extend outside inside the class, and to pioneer curriculum resources. Most important, we appeal to the renewal of English listening speaking education in rural areas with the concern of more and more educators.
