| The present situation of the lack of connotation of track and field athletics is less prominent than that of aesthetic education in the course of track and field athletics, in normal colleges of physical education.By a series of approaches like questionnaire, literature investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, case study and logic studies, the thesis analyses the connection between aesthetics, aesthetic education and track and field athletics from the perspective of aesthetics. It also explores the current situation of college teaching of track and field course, and with aesthetic education in the teaching, it then tries to find out the value of teachers as good examples, teaching environment as aesthetic value, harmony of teaching activities, and the value of prepotency of teaching content. Last but not the least, the thesis makes aesthetic education enter into practice in terms of a research project in the hope of improve the teaching.Significantly, the study discovers that implementing aesthetic education does enhance the quality of teaching, and promote the prettification and standardization of athletic teachnique, and elevate track and field athletics' artistic quality and movement quality, which all help students be aware of track and field athletics'aesthetic value. Students can, furthermore, be given inspiration about life and understanding the world from the course. With respect to that, the consolidation of aesthetic education is sublimed. At last, the paper puts forward some data for reference. |
