Freudenberger proposed the concept of "burnout" in the 1970s, since then, more and more people were interested in it and many researchers have studied it. One study showed that "Job burnout" had ever been an important issue to be discussed in the human resource meeting of American enterprise. With the rapid development of society and economy, people needed to bear more and more professional pressure, so the phenomenon of job burnout became very common, especially in the teachers. The particularity of profession required that teachers could not beam with smile. The teachers should have exemplary virtues so that they can set a good example for their students. Meanwhile they would inherit from parents, schools and society's high expectations, so teachers'job burnout was increasingly common. However, not all of the teachers would appear this phenomenon during the same profession pressures. Many researchers thought that many factors played a regulatory role in the process of the effect which teachers'occupational stress making on job burnout. These factors included teachers'individual character, management styles in school and so on. In this study, we attempted to explore the role of teachers'psychological capital (individual variable) during the influence of professional pressure to burnout. In the study, the measuring tools were teachers'occupational stress scale, job burnout scale and psychological capital scale. The research objects were 280 primary teachers in downtown. We recycled 247 valid questionnaires and then made correlation analysis and regression analysis about the effective data. On this basis, we explored the relationships existing in primary teachers'professional pressure, teachers'occupational tiredness and psychological capital. The results of the study indicated that:1. Overall, both the level of primary teachers'professional pressure and the level of teachers' job burnout were higher than the middle value 3 points level in the measurement scales. Specifically, teachers would get more professional pressure because of working load and would appear more serious job burnout in the level of low personal achievement. However, teachers'psychological capital performed well both in general and in the dimensions with scores above the intermediate value.2. There has been a significant positive correlation between the primary teachers'professional pressure and job burnout. The more teachers obtained the professional pressures, the more seriously they appeared job burnout. Specifically, the pressures from career expectations and interpersonal would have a significant impact on the teachers' occupational tiredness.3. In overall level, Teachers'psychological capital has no significant influence in job burnout. But in the specific dimensions, with tenacious and optimistic hope level enhancement, the job burnout phenomenon would ease; with Thanksgiving dedication level enhancement, the phenomenon of job burnout would increase.4. The psychological capital played a regulatory role during the process of teachers'occupational stress affecting burnout. Specifically, The interactions between strenuous enterprising and teachers'occupational stress could be negative to forecast teachers'occupational tiredness, and so could perseverance, modest composed and Thanksgiving dedication. However, the interactions between inclusive forgiveness and teachers'professional pressure could be positive to teachers'job burnout.
