Teachers are the help industry, need to interact with others during the working period continuously, can not fully relaxed even after work, emotional labor and job pressure for a long period of time, will enable teachers to constantly produce maladjustment, lead to teachers occupation burnout(emotional exhaustion especially)thus affecting the quality of teaching and students' physical and mental development. This study regards psychological capital as a way to interfere with teachers' job burnout. It takes intermediary variables that influence teachers' job burnout as dependent variables, and develops teachers' psychological capital to reduce teachers' job burnout level.Using the experimental design of the experimental group and the control group, the four dimensions of psychological capital:optimism,hope,self-efficacy and resilience were intervened by introspection and group discussion. The conclusions are as follows:1.The level of job burnout of primary school teachers is at the middle level, but the emotional exhaustion is more serious.2.The combination of introspection and group discussion is very suitable for the psychological capital intervention of primary school teachers.3.Groups of interventions can significantly improve teachers' sense of self-efficacy.4.There is a negative correlation between teachers' burnout level and psychological capital level in primary school. With the increase of teachers' psychological capital level, their burnout level is significantly decreased.the level of job burnout can be effectively reduced by intervening teachers' psychological capital.
