Secondary vocational education play a key role in our educational system of China. The school life in vocational school is also very important for the vocational school students in their growth and future."The personality and ability is the base for students"is the guiding ideology. This instruction is determined on the vocational education. It is very important for teachers to develop student's Chinese skill and ability, keep the character of vocational Chinese.Vocational Chinese teaching is in a critical period, many questions and complex problems are faced, such as students dislike study, teachers dislike teaching. The reason for that case is old for teacher's thinking, and past for teaching method in vocational Chinese education, does not match the current and students, make a little progress in the reform of vocational Chinese education in my opinion. Teacher's creative and vocational Chinese education become better with the comprehensive Chinese practice. But we have to admit that Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school faces all sorts of predicaments and problems.The reason that author thinks is that teachers have problems in their view of students and the location of Chinese teaching. So, on the basis of extensive reading and thinking, the author tries to link up theory with comprehensive practice to explore an effective way in Chinese teaching from the perspective of differential development instruction in individual and group person. By doing so, the author hopes to provide a useful reference for Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school.The thesis consists of six parts.Part One: Quoted passage describe the reason, condition and current situation of this study.Part two: Defines some relevant concepts on comprehensive Chinese education, problems and current teaching situations in secondary vocational school.Part three: Set forth the related theorey and basis on differential teaching in the view of psychology, pedagogy and teaching research.Part four: There are three problems in Chinese teaching in vocational school which require the most emphasis and attention. First, give prominence to teaching characteristics,such as increase teaching interest. Second, pay attention to the value of Chinese in the life long development to students in vocational school and make Chinese play an important role in the form of foster and conduct for the vocational school students. Third, pay attention to the group difference and the individual difference, get developed in all aspects for students.Part five: Highlights the instruction of differential teaching in comprehensive Chinese practice in vocational school. First of all, creative teaching theory, insist on reform faith. Next, according to student difference, to understand the difference in comprehensive Chinese teaching practice for students development. Pay much more attention to student superiority and development.Part six: Entering the teaching practice process, full feel the contents for comprehensive practice. With our teaching practice, creative the teaching method and increase the teaching efficiency according to student difference. Make comprehensive development and creative teaching content in practice process. The steps are as follows: teaching design from approach the student difference; respect student difference in teaching process; share the difference in result assessment. It also describes specific ways, principles and problems we will pay much more attention.It is the main purpose of differential teaching in compressive Chinese practice in vocational school for teachers to help all students to develop, have the chance for success, enjoy the share study and make a good basis for their employment and development in the future.Appendix is a sketch of student in compressive Chinese practice.
