Reading is the most important point in language teaching. Reading instruction plays a special important role in language teaching. Primary school children are particular life; they are unique and have pure thought. Language Teaching should follow their age and mental trait; In instruction process, teacher should concern student's positive and initiative mind of reading; follow the rules of language learning; improve student reading ability when their at best time; Teacher should focus on cultivate student's active and healthy interest of reading; Help student cultivate a good reading habits. Reading is learning behavior. Reading is a bridge to contact the teacher, student and book. Teacher's role is to shorten the distance between student and text. So teachers and students are equal, teacher is the intermediary of student and reading material, teacher must firmly the dominant position of student, respect student's mind and cultivate student independence trait when student reading; teacher should respect primary school children's unique feeling and differences mind of reading. Let students grasp the meaning of the text, through their own reading and comprehensive.This paper discusses the following five parts:The first part, explain the theory of Children's reading view of primary language teaching. This paper use Children View to explain Children's Reading View. The reading view of children was defined by children view; this topic is discussed in two ways: change the status of neglect of teaching primary students reading and inspire teacher remind on their teaching behavior. Teacher is the leader and participant of children reading, implementation of the Children's Reading View teacher must change their teaching method, teacher should encourage student to actively explore, independent thinking and encourage student express their mind. Children's Reading View is a new idea of primary language teaching. It closes to heart of children and contact with student life.The second part, explain basic character of Children's Reading View of primary language teaching. Follow the rule of the psychological development, study goal and age traits of children. Children's Reading View of primary language teaching has following four basic characteristics: the first, Children's Reading View is pure reading view, it protect children's innocence mind. The second, Children's Reading View is happy process, joyful spirit world of children, let children learn more knowledge when their reading, let children have a positive mind for world and their future. The third, Children's Reading View is cultivate reading, let children inspire beauty of their life and world. The fourth, Children's Reading View is an inspiration reading view; it focuses on children's experience and insights, let children feel purpose of the material through themselves. Reading instruction should let student to understand article through them comprehend; cultivate the sense of language; let student feel reading is a happy process of spiritual experience. Help students love to read, let them want to read.The third part, explain the purpose of Children's Reading View of primary language teaching. A good reading habit can let student easy to learn language. Student can acquire knowledge through reading book or other material; student can feel the rich experience of human nature by reading. Let children feel the joy of reading, only in this way teacher can help children cultivate a good reading habit. Through read positive book lead student have a good vision for future. This part of the discussion from the four aspects: the first, enriching the student's reading material of childhood, leading children reading more positive and active book; the second, fit for intrinsic rhythm of children learning, cultivate good reading habits for student; the third, help children construct reading mode, to achieve effective reading instruction of classroom; the fourth, rational use of teaching resources, achieve the teaching migration.The fourth part, explain the implement principle of Children's Reading View of primary language teaching. This part expands discussion around the following principles: The development of principles, unique principle, main principle and integrity principle. Primary school children's development is dynamic process, so the most important principle of teaching is improve student's reading ability development, following the law of psychology and language development, let reading material connect children life. Teacher should concern every detail of the growth of primary school children; improve student's language ability development; Culture student for social need, practice the language ability of students, encourage student read multi-aspect material; broaden their knowledge and improve their reading appreciation level.The fifth part, explain the implementation strategy of the principle of Children's Reading View of primary language teaching. This part discusses from six aspects, and this aspect is a whole, in this part cannot lose any aspect. The first strengthening reading instruction, reading instruction is a useful method of custom language teaching. In reading instruction, let student repeated reading and taste the beauty of language, thus help students to deepen understanding of the content of the text. The second build the environment of children reading. This strategy through three levels of discusses, 1, use photo reflect the reading material stimulate student interesting; 2, using music to attract student to state reading material; 3, through improvisation let student feel the content of the article. The third part is find gaps in children's reading. Teacher should have a tolerant attitude for children opinion of article. He should help student perfect their opinion or rectify their mind. The fourth is catching the abnormal points of children reading, help children change their abnormal mind; lead their go into a positive and active world. The fifth is catch hold of affective point of children reading, help student feeling the purpose of the book. The sixth is providing more reading content for children; protect the pure world of children. In the read teaching process teacher should holding the starting point for children, understand and tolerant individual differences in children's interest. Reading instruction should broaden the reading content for children, guide student in the classroom to read, but into the library, internet; help student culture a good reading habit of their life and encourage student choice their interesting reading material, increase the amount of reading.
