Since 1980s, the western developed countries, education reform activity of normal reflective teaching so booming rise, also complies with the requirements of"the professionalism", and gradually developed into affect world education practice a strong trend. Our current ongoing based education curriculum reform new round, this is a large-scale education innovation, by the western "the thoughts of reflective teaching", which has influenced China education workers began to discussed and research the reflective teaching theory. But from the current situation, the study of reflective teaching in a relatively weak, this mainly displays in cultivating the ability of reflective teaching research has relatively few physics teachers, especially for the literature of cultivating the ability of reflective teaching are much rarer. In addition the reflective teaching in various school implementation situations is uneven.I study of domestic and foreign reflective teaching on the basis of present application of new curriculum reform, aiming at China proposed request, unifies in the senior high school physics teaching practice and theory and practice, and to explore the exploration results analysis for the general physical teacher, so as to improve the reflective teaching ability to provide the beneficial enlightenment.This paper firstly reviewed type teaching reflection theory, introduces the emergence and development of reflective teaching, the definition of reflective teaching, theoretical foundation and high school teachers on the significance of reflective teaching; Then combining theory with practice, the paper middle school physics of reflective teaching contents and methods, design and implementation, and realizing ways and steps for yourself, and finally a reflective teaching practice in physics to carry on the thorough analysis, from teaching practice, starting from the reflective teaching method, constructing the strategy of reflective teaching basic mode, and applications in teaching practice proved that their arguments, in order to find themselves the problems existing in the teaching of and correct them.Practice has proved that reflective teaching is a scientific and reasonable teaching mode, it to solve problems as the base of teachers "learning to teach" and "learning to learn" of students for the purpose to enhance teachers' sense of responsibility for the breach. Application "reflective teaching" can promote teacher development, improve the quality of teaching and adapt to the requirements of new curriculum reform.
