Positive psychology is an emerging field of psychology study, which is a kind of science which research the field of the positive character, strength and positive emotion experience. It has the spirit and attitude of positive treating people ways and creativity , which provides positive opportunity, affirm positive value and make people know how to creative and feel that energy. The development of positive psychology has important influence to the elementary music class teaching, especially in the positive human experience, positive personality traits, positive social skills and the development of creative ability .It will help teachers how to develop student potential in music classes and help students how to know positive experience, understand and solve problems. This article will discuss this problem from four aspects——the basic content of positive psychology teaching situation, the status of our country's primary school music class teaching, the positive psychology perspective of elementary school music class and the revelation of positive psychology to the elementary school music class teaching. Classroom Teaching is a key part of this study, which mainly contains the ability of aesthetic experience, creative development capacity, social skills and establishment of help students to develop the new evaluation system. This academic thesis will research this problem mainly using comparative method and demonstration method, which put the breakthrough point from positive emotion experience, creative development. The purpose of the study is to hope people will gradually understand and experience the formation of the positive emotional experience, the cultivation of good personal qualities, the construction of harmonious learning environment, the development of learning about teachers and students, etc, so that schools and teachers could use positive psychology theory to guide teaching practice, and could put the view of positive psychology into primary school music teaching. The results showed that the perspective of positive psychology on primary school music teaching is to helpful to students'learning interest, to stimulate the learning potential, to improve their own learning ability. So the primary school music teaching should fully integrate the concept of positive psychology into primary school music teaching, and make teaching the music no longer a single, rigid process, but a lively and full of vigor and vitality process. It should make the music class a paradise of enjoy learning knowledge, which will truly make student feel, experience and create beauty.
