Positive psychology is the1990s in the United States the rise of a new field ofpsychology, which focuses on the traditional negative and morbid psychology is differentis the use of positive psychology, psychology is now more complete and effectiveexperimental methods and measurements, to look normal human nature, concerned withhuman virtues, strength and other positive qualities, the study of human experiencepositive emotions, positive cognitive processes and positive personality traits as well ascreativity and talent training, becoming a trend Psychology.This positive psychology in education for the management of the great reality of therole with a theoretical exposition, and the combination of the current school managementand educational management in the presence of some practical problems, the use ofpositive psychology proposed solutions. And for all aspects of educational administration,indicating a positive psychology in teacher training happiness, appreciation of the conceptof implementation, Rosenthal Effect expectancy theory and applications as well as theapplication of broken windows theory has its unique feature.Meanwhile, the author’s school-Suzhou High School—SIP for the practice, whichshows positive psychology in teacher management, teacher management and classroommanagement can bring significant changes and benefits for other schools applied positivepsychology theory made some exploration and provide some experience.
