Teacher’s concept of rule and rule education not only guide their actions but also influenced the children’s actions to form the conscious of rule and abide by rules. This study uses qualitative research methods and take teach T in B kindergarten in Nanjing as a case. Through event sampling observation method, the writer collect 112 incidents about teacher correct children’s illegal behavior to analysis teacher’s understanding of the rules, how to judging and correcting children’s violations and the connotative concept of education. The results prove that teacher has not clearly distinguish the difference between rules and personal requirements; in most cases when children violate the rules teacher can combined the reason to the facts and children’s age, but also inevitably has subjective perceptions; teacher can correct children’s violations use specific methods but has not distinguish the difference between follow a rule and obedience to authority.
