Study On Practical Education System Of Local Engineering University

As China's higher education, as an important part of the local science responsibility for state and local cultivating high-quality practical talents, while in advancing technology innovation, realize high-tech industrialization process that plays an important role. At present, the economic and social development for high-quality practical talents exists large demand, and practice education is the effective way of training such talented people. However, due to the lack of scientific education system of perfect practice guideline, local science and engineering university practice education development by a restriction, more serious impact on the talent training quality improvement. So, for the local university in science and engineering, it establish a suitable for their own practice education system, with the great significance.This paper is based on such an idea for clues:on the analysis of domestic and international university practice education based on the present situation of science and engineering, summarized the Chinese local university practice education problems and foreign university practice education experience, and with the system theory and context learning theory as the basis, combining K university education system, the construction practice of examples, the integrated use of document analysis and induction and case analysis, the author constructs a ability based, passes through in the entire process of local talent cultivation education system, science and engineering university practice this system includes "three factors" practice education target system, multi-level practice education content system, soft hard combination of practice education management system and "three conditions" practice education security system."Three factors" practice education target system is including professional knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality education, practice three key elements, including target system, professional knowledge is the foundation, ability is the core, comprehensive quality is the basic requirement. Multi-level practice education content system is to experiment, exercitation, practice education link practices such according to "basic practical, professional practice, comprehensive and innovation practice" three levels through to the whole process of talents cultivation. Combined with the practice of soft education management system including management organization, personnel and other hardware management and practice education regulations, practice teaching quality monitoring and management software."Three conditions" practice education guarantee system requirements have mastered excellent technology "two-qualification", advanced and complete the practice education base and sufficient funds three important condition. At present, the local colleges and universities in science and engineering education system construction in practice there are still many difficulties and problems, urgently awaits to further study and solve.
