Local universities are an important part of our higher education reform and development,which directly affects the development speed and level of local economy on the training quality of composite applied undergraduate talents.At the same time,the employment rate is the most direct reflection of the quality of talent training.However,in recent years,the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic,and the contradiction between the "employment difficulty" of local college graduates and the "labor shortage" of employers continues to intensify.To some extent,this reflects that the talent training system of some local universities has been unable to adapt to the changes and needs of modern society.Therefore,we must seek an appropriate path to construct a new type of composite application-oriented undergraduate talent training system,and realize the value and significance of talents feeding society.Based on this,this study combines the result-oriented theory,Bourdieu’s social practice theory and stakeholder theory,and uses literature analysis,comparative study and case analysis to start with various factors affecting talent training,find relevant domestic excellent cases,learn from foreign advanced experience,analyze and summarize the existing problems and development difficulties in talent training process.Finally,a series of suggestions and measures are put forward to construct a system suitable for the training of composite application-oriented undergraduate talents.The talent cultivation system is the result of the comprehensive action of many factors such as specialty,curriculum,teaching,evaluation and resource guarantee.The construction of talent training system must start from these aspects,therefore,the main research content of this paper includes: first,the concept of composite applied undergraduate talent is clearly defined,pointing out the specific requirements of this kind of talent in knowledge,quality and ability structure,as well as the difference with applied talent.Secondly,regarding the construction of interdisciplinary specialty system,it is suggested to accurately position the construction of interdisciplinary specialty,promote the development of interdisciplinary specialty by disciplinary clustering,flexibly implement the credit system and construct new specialties with local characteristics.Thirdly,regarding the construction of curriculum and teaching system,it focuses on the implementation of the curriculum implementation mode of "stage + platform + module",taking multiple measures at the same time and paying close attention to practical teaching to ensure the educational effect of curriculum and teaching.Fourthly,on the construction of the evaluation system,it is proposed to establish a diversified evaluation mechanism,enrich the evaluation indicators and implement the "employment-oriented" social evaluation mode,and give full play to the role of evaluation facilitation,evaluation teaching assistant and evaluation reform.Fifth,regarding the construction of the security system,it stresses that efforts should be made in the aspects of policies and legal norms,the construction of teachers,the construction of internship and training platforms and bases,the construction of quality culture and the construction of information resource sharing platforms to jointly safeguard the quality of personnel training.
