| As China’s economy enters the new normal and supply-side structural reforms continue to deepen,the effective supply of applied talents plays an increasingly important role in all walks of life.In this context,the cultivation of all kinds of suitable applied talents has become the key to business survival and competitive advantage.As the main force for the cultivation of applied talents,local colleges and universities are responsible for the delivery of high-quality applied talents for local economic development,and the cooperation between industry and universities is an important way for local universities to cultivate applied talents.In this context,how companies and universities can fully collaborate to cultivate talents with the ability to combine learning and use has become a key issue.This article takes the computer major as an example to analyze the training of applied talents in the cooperation between industry and universities in local universities and colleges,and strives to promote the coordinated development of schools and enterprises and between industry and universities.This article from the perspective of enterprise co-operative applied talents training in local undergraduate colleges and universities as the research object,USES the comparison analytic method,interview method and questionnaire survey research methods,according to "ask questionsanalysis problem-problem solving" research train of thought,in a brief analysis of concept of cooperation between production and human capital theory and pragmatic theory,on the basis of related concepts and theories,first of all,the current enterprise talent demand and co-operative training local undergraduate colleges and universities systematically analyzed the present situation and characteristics,and discusses the reason of diversified demands for talents,and emphatically analyzes the enterprise talented person demand and interdependence between local undergraduate college talents training,promote each other relations,and illustrates the local undergraduate colleges and the enterprises in joint training some main methods,such as engineering cooperation,joint personnel training plan and industry-academy platform building and so on.Then,taking the computer science as an example,this paper expounds the challenges of the local undergraduate colleges and universities which are facing the training of cooperative and applied talents.This paper also makes a survey and analysis of the professional competence of the enterprise talents,by establishing regression analysis model based on the professional competence of the talent training of local universities.On the basis of analyze the relationship between universities,enterprises and students,this paper proposed that the training mode of embedded talents should be built on the basis of enterprise demand to realize the school-enterprise cooperation,and it also analyze the impacts of enterprise human resources on personnel training mode,the construction of the faculty,curriculum provision,the reform of the professional content,practice teaching reform and so on;Also discusses the local undergraduate colleges and universities in personnel training and social economy doesn’t fit the requirements of the problem and its reason,such as lack of the concept of service place,talent education lags behind the development of enterprise,the develop direction of a single,due to the traditional education concept is not adapt to the new normal economic and asymmetry of supply and demand,production cooperation mechanism is imperfect and so on two aspects of internal and external reasons.In the end,the author puts forward some specific Suggestions on optimizing the internal and external environment of application-oriented talents,so as to improve the effectiveness of the cooperation. |
