Constructing High School Politics Teaching With Student's Development-oriented

In the 21st century, high-technology develops rapidly. And people's life is more affected by technology with the arrival of knowledge economy era. All the countries around the world make lots of preparations to meet the needs of competition, which the most important thing is"people". Society's development level depends largely on the person's quality. Due to the development of the time, our country has a new adjustment about talents training target, which meet the requirements of reality. All the countries devote to developing person's innovation spirit, social responsibility, practical ability, interpersonal skills, cooperation skills, environment adaptation, etc. They all concern about the"students"and students'overall quality's development, which reflects the humanistic concerns from teaching. The development of education was regarded as a basic national policy, and new round of basic education reform starts. The concept is to promote students'development.Our country tries to cultivate people's comprehensive development in the new century. Quality education becomes very important. How ever, there are many disadvantages in our traditional teaching. It ignores to train students'subjectivity, so it is difficult to develop students'qualities. Most of teachers still attach importance to the classroom full of fun in order to pursue novel teaching forms, so student's methods about learning can not be optimized; and methods about evaluation can not be improved.The fourth part mainly discusses the necessity that current high school politics teaching must adhere to students'development."student's development-orient"is the requirement of social development; the need of innovative education and the demand of high school student's physical and psychological characteristics.The fifth part mainly discusses how to construct the strategies about high school politics teaching in order to promote the student's development. Teachers should use"student's development-orient"to guide their senior politics teaching. Teachers must change the ideas about teaching and realize that teaching's center is student's development. Teachers must concern about their teaching process and try to improve students'learning methods and cultivate their good learning methods. Teachers must try to carry out developmental evaluation about teaching.The sixth part of essay specifies the general idea of this article and expounds the superiority of"students'development-oriented". The class teaching with student development- oriented adapt to the needs of modern society and today's human training target. It is better to meet their needs of innovative education and their physical and mental characteristics. Teachers are concern about students and future education. They try their best to train students'comprehensive and harmonious development and lifelong learning capabilities in order to make them more conducive to promote socialist modernization.
