In the new round of reform of basic education background, brought neweducational concepts and new ideas, so we began to look at the whole process of re-course research, development, use and evaluation. As a student of human resourceprograms and resources, while gradually got some teachers and curriculum specialistsrecognized,but domestic research in this area is still very small indeed. In particular,the high school student thought political lesson resource development and use ofrelevant research less. Students and research resource development and related theoryand its countermeasures most efficient use of attachment in the development andutilization of curriculum resources, there is no dedicated research. Especially theconcept of student resources, has not formed a unified exposition dedicated toresearch students and fewer resources, experts and scholars, their research alsomainly stay in the shallow practices discussed in depth and less system theoreticallyexplored, let alone research student resources development and effective use ofspecific operational behavior. This article hopes to teachers ’professional growth anddevelopment in order to enhance the value of teachers, promote the development ofstudents’ knowledge, abilities, attitudes values and promote the healthy developmentof the student body and mind fully to provide a reference. Aiming at the developmentand use of resources from the student discusses three parts:The first part is an overview of student resources. Discusses the concept ofeducational resources and curriculum resources, the connotation and characteristics ofstudent resources, theoretical basis and significance of the classification of studentsand student resource development resources. The performance of students in theclassroom and outside it, is conducive to achieve the course objectives, can contributeto the overall development of the student body and mind, from the student’s resources,including basic resources and emotional resources and generate resources. StudentResources diversity, difference, potential characteristics. According to different typesof students into different categories have language class resources, behavior Action Resources, benign resource, the question of resources, resource groups, individualresources, generate resources, potential resources. Student Resources developed thetheoretical basis is constructivism and humanism, student resource development isconducive to the professional development of teachers and students in fulldevelopment.The second part of high school students’ ideological and political class resourcedevelopment problems and cause analysis. Student Resources Development summedup the problems: less ideological and political course of the development andutilization of resources for students; student resource exploitation is often short-lived,unfinished; students lack the resources to develop specific ways and methods;students lack the resources to develop a top-down human, financial support. The mainreasons are: the constraints of existing evaluation systems and school teaching mode;teachers develop student awareness of resources is not strong, and the limited capacity;evaluation system is imperfect, student body consciousness is not strong; lack ofeffective communication between teachers and students.The third part is the ideological and political course student resource exploitationstrategies and the application of different types of students to explore the resources ofthe ideological and political course. This article from theory to practice to measurestudent development and utilization of resources separately discussed are: to enhanceteachers ’awareness of student resources, improve the ability resource development;create a good ambience to stimulate students’ interest in learning; strengtheningbetween teachers and students ditch, exchanges, and promote the development ofstudent resources; measures for the development of the school’s student Resourcetaken; using appropriate methods, development and utilization of student resources.Mainly for the case cited from basic, emotional, generative resources development ofstudents in the practical part.Cited the case of resources ideological and politicalcourse in the presence of students and what should be the development and use ofresources.
