This research uses General Self-Efficacy Scale( GSES), Interpersonal Trust Scale (ITS),and PSPP to investigate, in order to reveal the relations among P.E. major college students'interpersonal trust, self-esteem, and general self-efficacy, and find out their differences in genders and grades of interpersonal trust,self-esteem, and general self-efficacy, and analyse of the reasons and factors, also compare P.E. major college students with non- P.E. major college students in interpersonal trust,self-esteem, and general self-efficacy. According to the results, we give some advice that enhance P.E. major college students'interpersonal trust, self-esteem, and general self-efficacy, and provide the basis for P.E. major college students'effective management.P.E. major college students and non- P.E. major college students from Grade1 to Grade 3 in Xuchang University were surveyed, according to the research, we get the following conclusion:1. From the gender perspective, P.E. major college students don't have significant differences in interpersonal trust and general self-efficacy, the males'self-esteem is higher than females'in self-esteem,. Non- P.E. major college students have no differences in self-esteem and general self-efficacy, the males'self-esteem is higher than females'in interpersonal trust.2. From the grade perspective, P.E. major college students of different grades don't have differences in interpersonal trust, self-esteem and general self-efficacy. Non- P.E. major college students of different grades don't have significant differences in general self-efficacy,but,have differences in self-esteem and interpersonal trust.3. P.E. major college students and non- P.E. major college students have no differences in interpersonal trust, self-esteem and general self-efficacy.4. P.E. major college students'interpersonal trust and self-esteem and general self-efficacy have no correlation, and their interpersonal trust and general self-efficacy have positive correlation. Non- P.E. major college students'interpersonal trust and self-esteem have no correlation, interpersonal trust and general self-efficacy have no correlation, self-esteem and general self-efficacy have positive correlation.
