Since students entered junior high school,the campus environment have changed a lot.The difficulty of students’ courses and subjects has increased a gradient compared with that of primary school.After students be promoted into junior high school,their psychology and body have changed a lot.These students entered adolescence,their physical development speed has accelerated,and they began to produce self-consciousness.Their thoughts have gradually become flexible and they hope to be independent stand.At the same time,due to the learning environment has changed and their obtain more news in the society,it makes them sensitive,which leads to some students’ interpersonal problems.Therefore,we need concern the interpersonal problems of Junior students.This study key parts are the interpersonal relationship of junior students and improvement.In the research,we adopted the IRIDS formulated by Richang Zheng to exploration the present situation of interpersonal relationship of 627 junior students in Zhengzhou,investigated the present situation of interpersonal of junior students,explored the general self-efficacy,interpersonal trust and the relationship between interpersonal relationship of junior students,and recruited sixty junior students with high degree of interpersonal relationship worry Students in experimental group were given group intervention of interpersonal trust and general self-efficacy,and a member whose interpersonal relationship level was not obvious improved after group intervention was given consulting service,which was compared with group intervention.The results are as follows(1)The interpersonal relationship of junior students is in the upper middle level as a whole.It is remarkable differences in the single parent family,only child,but there is no remarkable difference of male or female in interpersonal relationship.(2)The interpersonal relationship,trust and self-efficacy of junior students are remarkable relevant,The interpersonal trust and self-efficacy of junior students have a remarkable negative predictive effect on the interpersonal relationship of junior students.the general self-efficacy of junior students has some intermediary influence between interpersonal relationship and trust.(3)Targeted group counseling significantly increases the level of interpersonal relationship and each dimension of junior students,and the interpersonal difficult problem of junior students are remarkable less.(4)Through excavating the resources in the early stage of the case and using the case consultation method to deal with the problems,we have obtained properly well results in the intervention of junior students’ interpersonal difficult problems.
