The study, by choosing 332 university students as objects, adopted Interpersonal Trust Scales, General Self-efficacy Scale, Coping Style Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire as measuring tools and statistical analysis by mean of SPSS11.0 for windows. The results showed that:1. As for interpersonal trust, the scores of one-child university students was significantly higher than those multi-child students. Science department students got lower scores than those literal students. Educational department students got higher scores than those medical department students. The interpersonal trust level of freshman was the lowest, and senior was the highest. There were no difference between different educational degrees of parents. The higher group of general self-efficacy got higher scores than that lower group.2. Female students in expression coping style got higher scores than those male students, and rural students got higher scores than those urban students. Male students in fantasy coping style got higher scores than those female students, rural students got higher scores than those urban students. Educational department students in problem-solving styles got higher scores than those medical department students. The higher group of general self-efficacy got higher scores than that lower group. The higher group of interpersonal trust level was higher than that lower group.3. As for personality, there were interaversion-extraversion difference among mother's educational degree. The scores of higher group of interpersonal trust level in interaversion-extraversion and neuroticism was higher than those lower group. The higher group of general self-efficacy in psychoticism and interaversion-extraversion got higher scores than that lower group.4. As for general self-efficacy, there were no difference between different genders and other variables. The higher group of interpersonal trust level got higher scores than that lower group.5. Correlation analysis showed that: university students interpersonal trust related positively to problem-solving styles, psychoticism and neuroticism. interaversion-extraversion related positively to general self-efficacy, neuroticism related negatively to general self-efficacy. General self-efficacy related positively to interpersonal trust.6. Regarding interpersonal trust total score as dependent variable to make a multiple regression analysis, the variables of entering equation are three factors—neuroticism, psychoticism and general self-efficacy. They present regression effect to interpersonal trust, which showed that they can predict interpersonal trust properly.
