The Investigation And Researches On Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality Of College Students In Minority Universities

Entrepreneurial education is a hot topic in society and high school recently, and entrepreneurial psychological quality becomes very important during entrepreneurial education in high school. Because of the particularity of school and students, the entrepreneurial psychological quality of undergraduate has its own specificity in university of nationality. Researching entrepreneurial psychological quality of undergraduate in university of nationality, not only enriches the content of talent quality research, but also opens a new field of education study. Summarizing undergraduate's entrepreneurial psychological quality changes and laws of development in university of nationality can provide basis for entrepreneurial education in university of nationality.This paper divides entrepreneurial psychological quality into four aspects: entrepreneurial cognitive, entrepreneurial emotion, venture will and entrepreneurial orientation. Self-designed questionnaire, questionnaire of entrepreneurial psychological quality of undergraduate in university of nationality, was employed in 500 student investigations during South-Central University for Nationalities, Northwest University for Nationalities and Hubei Institute for Nationalities. 397 pieces of effective questionnaires were took back and the data were analysis by software SPSS 17.0, to detect laws and changes in the four aspects of entrepreneurial psychological quality of undergraduates in university of nationalities in different genders, grades, subjects and nationalities.Research discovers that:1. Standard of undergraduates'entrepreneurial cognitive in university of nationalities is not enough. And discovery that: girls'standard of entrepreneurial cognitive is higher than boys'; liberal arts students'standard of entrepreneurial cognitive is lower than science students; the highest standard of entrepreneurial cognitive belongs to senior students; the standard of entrepreneurial cognitive of the Han nationality is higher than the national minority's.2. Entrepreneurial emotion of undergraduate in university of nationalities is not positive. The analysis on differences of entrepreneurial emotion of undergraduate in university of nationalities discloses that: venture emotion of boys is positive than girls'; entrepreneurial emotion of liberal arts students is superior to science students'; the most abundant entrepreneurial emotion belongs to junior students; entrepreneurial emotion of the Han nationality is more ample than the national minority's.3. Venture will of undergraduate in university of nationalities is lack of steadfast. The analysis on differences of venture will of undergraduate in university of nationalities find that: boys are more decisiveness, and girls are more tolerate; the steadfast and tolerate of science students is better; venture will of senior students is firmer; the Han nationality students venture will is stronger than the national minority's;4. Entrepreneurial orientation is not obvious to students in university of nationality. Research discovers that: Boys entrepreneurial interest is stronger; it's complex to compare between literal arts students and science students; entrepreneurial orientation of freshmen is higher; the national minority's entrepreneurial orientation is better. After research and study of this investigation, this paper arises some suggestion and countermeasures: entrepreneurial education can be improved from education content and education format; education format should be primary at classroom teaching and cases analysis, subsidiary with venture practice; and also, professional entrepreneurial teacher should be chosen and arisen...
