It is the positive figure of young people after earthquake in Sichuan province and the sweet smile of young volunteers on Beijing Olympic Games that left a deep impression to the people. The teenagers of post- 80s and post-90s once been queried become the strongest tone in age. Under this background, searching juvenile public charity program is a new trend. How do we make long-term development of public charity program? How do we promote adolescents continue to engage in public welfare undertakings?It requires us not only to understand the status of young people's public charity, but also to clarify the factors of pubic charity behaviors about youth, which is in order to promote long-term development of adolescents'public charity undertakings. On the basis of get current situation of adolescents'public charity behavior, the paper intends to further investigate factors of public charity behavior behind contemporary young people as to favor long-term development of public charity program.We built the research framework and research hypotheses from studying some research results at home and abroad. The factors of micro system, mezzo system and macro system impact adolescents whether to participate in public charity activities and frequency of participating in. Then we used the method of logistic regression to analyze data of 6137 questionnaires from National Youth Survey analysis, and reached the following conclusions. Firstly, macro-factors affected public charity behaviors of adolescents mostly. Public charity activities of the school organized greatly affected young people whether to participate in. Around them who engaged in public charity activities mostly affected frequency of adolescents who participate in. Secondly, mezzo system especially in the family level, parents who participated in public charity activities would set an example for young people. Last, factors of micro individual less affected public charity behavior of youth. Eventually, I discussed the main findings and presented related countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of social work.
