| The competition among enterprises within the world is ultimately the competition of human resource. A few years ago, "after eighties" become the core resource for companies'recruiting. But now they have been mature enough to be more stable and play a crucial role in the job field. Then it will be the world of "after nineties", the company who win these talents will achieve absolute advantage in the next round of market competitionHowever, due to the influence of economic, political and culture, the old talents training mode can't apply the after nineties generation for their obvious characteristics differed from other generations. And these differences are affected by their growing environment and their cultivation mode. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to make a research of after nineties personality, analyze the influential factors, so as to provide scientific reference for Universities and enterprises completes the talent reserve work.In order to guarantee the authenticity, objectivity and practicability of the conclusion, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and expert opinion. For the part of questionnaire, it is designed from the angle of personality tendency, psychological, the self-adjustment ability and professional tendentiousness, covering 180 after nineties from five different colleges. The method of expert options mainly embodied in the enterprise's demand for human resource. We make a clear knowledge of what is needed for the companies through this method and provide support for the building of talent cultivating mode.In addition, this paper learned the influential factors and professional tendency through the research of both domestic and international's cultivating mode. Besides, it also proposes a creative talent cultivating mode proper to after nineties with training methods which have strong practical significance.
