Study On The Cultivation Current Situation And Strategies Of Aged Service Talents In China

Provision for the aged is the problem that everyone will be faced with,also the basic problem affecting social stability and family harmony.As the increasing of aging persons,the problem of provision for the aged becomes so serious.One of the problems is the weak of efforts to cultivate talents.This article studies the problem from the point of vocational education.This article analyzes the cultivation of aging service talents and existing problems.It takes the way of the questionnaire survey.It researches the working situation of the aging service persons.According to the results,the problems include the few number,weak cultivation,low quality,unreasonable structure and difficult recruitment of the talents.The existing problems of talents cultivation current situation are contradiction between supply and demand,backward concept,imperfect project,missing industry standard.This article studies the cultivation situation of other countries in the third part.The countries include Japan,England,America,Germany and Australia.As the recognized “longevity country”,Japan is mainly studied.By comparing the common characteristics of the cultivation situation of other countries are the three-dimensional talent echelon,multi-channel mechanism of talents training,paying attention to quality education and humanistic care.Basing on the problems of the cultivation of aging service talents,this article brings suggestions in the fourth part.For the academic education,firstly,perfects the levels of aging education.The secondary vocational school mainly cultivates basic nursing talents.The higher vocational college mainly cultivates management talents.The university cultivates bachelor and master.Secondly,higher vocational college must play the leading role.Thirdly,For the non-academic education,the training subject,training object,training content and train methods are analyzed.This article points strategies of the cultivation in the last part.The government increases force from three aspects that policies introducing,service platform setting,production and education fusing to promote the development of aging service.
