As science, technology and the rapid development of society, mankind is faced with various challenges, countries have the education reform, advocates an integrated curriculum, to promote inquiry learning. Integrated curriculum emphasizes the integration of subject content, the main emphasis on learner, learners are interested in selecting, and social development is closely related to the theme of learners in the process of problem solving experience the science, technology and society. Primary Science for the organization of thematic units is a comprehensive curriculum, to promote science and life in close contact. Inquiry Teaching to the theme "theme" for the clue on the topic by exploring the concept, aims to enable students to obtain a structure of scientific knowledge, to promote transfer of knowledge and use of the students. How to organize thematic units, how to arrange the order of teaching, how to explore the theme of the design and teaching is teaching research to solve this major problem.
