The Research On Learning Motivation Training Of The Poor Undergraduate Students

With the start of the comprehensive expansion of university, the number of students has been increasing, so the overall number of poor student showed an upward movement. The statistics from the Ministry of Education shows that the total number of the student in publicly university is 135 million, of which about 26.3 million students from poor family. Poor college students have become common special groups. With the popularization of higher education in our country, the phenomenon of poor students in higher school becomes increasingly evident. With its large number and increasing proportion, it has become a general social problem. At present, the academic circles gradually deepen their research on poor students. However, the systematic analysis on the learning motivation of poor college students remains blank.The Paper starts with conception definition of poor college students and their learning motivation. We summarized bad learning motivation features of poor college students, took the reasons apart, and put forward the principles and methods of training the learning motivation of poor college students, by investigating and analyzing the current situation of poor college students. There are four parts organized in this paper: the first part proposes the problem background, current situation and methods of poor college student learning motivation. The second part illustrates the relevant concepts and theories of poor college students and their learning motivation. The third part generalizes the bad learning motivation existed and reasons in poor students, by making surveys on poor college students. The last part proposes the main methods of principles on fashioning poor college student learning motivation and training their healthy learning motivation, combined with the reasons of bad learning motivation.
