The continuous development of the New Curriculum Reform and the vague anddevoid of mathematics contents, it results that many students become poor in math’sstudy. A large number of living examples prove that the reason why most of poorstudents being lagging behind is that they lack of study motivation. It appears that theresearch in study motivation is the most importance. After a long time’s observing, theteacher pay little attention to the cultivation of their students, Although the predecessorshad already concluded a great number of theory and literature about students’ studyinterest and motivation, the limitation of actually operating and the level of the teachers’attention doesn’t change the poor students’ situation.Through the exploration of various angles in practice, combining pedagogy、psychology、pedagogy management, this article draw a lesson of ways and tactics inimproving both poor students and other students’ study motivation.The author of this article carry out direct conversation and questionnaire with a greatquantity of students, discussing with his guide teacher, after one hard year’s observationhe reach this article, it look forward to helping poor students’ foster and strength of studymotivation. |
