Purpose:Develop time management disposition training manual; to investigate the influence of time management disposition training on the junior middle school students'perceived academic self-efficacy and mental health. Method:experiment method (intervening research) Tool:1.The Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD); 2.Perceived Academic Self-efficacy Scale; 3.Middle School Students Health Scale; 4.Time management disposition training manual developed by myself. Result:1.After time management disposition training,the experiment class scored significantly higher than non-experiment class in ATMD total, the sense of time value, sense of time control and sense of time efficiency.The significant level is above P<0.001.2. After time management disposition training,the experiment class scored significantly higher than non-experiment class in perceived academic self-efficacy, the significant level is above P<0.001.3. After time management disposition training, the experiment class score significantly lower than non-experiment class in depression, coping disadjustment, mood unbalance and mental unbalance, the significant level is P<0.05.At the same time, the experiment class score significantly lower than non-experiment class in hostility, the significant level is above P<0.001.4. In the effect of time management disposition training, there is gender effect:after time management disposition training, the experiment class students'time management disposition have achieved remarked success. The significant difference between the male students of two groups in perceived academic self-efficacy and mental health, but the difference between the female students is not significant. Conelusion:1.The time management disposition training can improve the junior middle school students'time management disposition; the training manual is effective.2. The time management disposition training has significant effect on the improvement of junior middle school students'perceived academic self-efficacy.3. The time management disposition training has some effect on the improvement of junior middle school students'mental health, it can effectively ease the junior middle school students'hostility and depression,improve students' coping ability, promote the students'mood balance and mental balance.4. In the effect of time management disposition training, there is gender effect:after time management disposition training,the effect of training on the junior high school boys significantly, while little effect on the girls. In the other words, the training can significantly improve the male students'perceived academic self-efficacy and mental health level.
