Research On The Development Of School Managed Industry Of Dengfeng Private Wushu School

At present, the private Wushu school industry has already existed as a social phenomenon, including the educational service industry, the school managed industries formed under special social situation, and logistics services industry and publishing industry driven by the development of private Wushu school. We can simply summarize them as "one Main and two Minor". As an important support to the private Wushu school, the school managed industry is generated in particular social background. Under the premise of keeping the original educational goals, the private Wushu schools give full play to its own resource advantages and established the school managed industry, which greatly solved the problem of insufficient funds in the process of development.The school managed industries of the private Wushu schools not only back-feed the development of the education, but also set up a solid platform for the spread of Wushu education and the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture. Meanwhile, they benefit a great number of people from the surrounding areas by solving their employment problems, which playing a significant role for the better development of local economic development. Apart from these, the school managed industries satisfy the people and the society by providing them various products, which directly influence the consuming structure and industry structure. In a word, the school managed industries satisfy the people's realistic demand and at the same time promote the development of relevant industries of Wushu.From the on-the-spot interviews survey on the present status of school managed industry of Dengfeng private Wushu school, I got that currently there are 61 private Wushu school in Dengfeng and most of them has established their own industries, with different forms and various size. But we also found there exist some potential problems greatly restrict the development of school managed industries, including ideas restriction which is the top issue the private Wushu school faces, such as the problem of education and industry, the problem of public education. These seriously constrain the idea of people, so that some private Wushu schools refuse to choose this doable way of "industry breeds school" even at the edge stage of the development. In addition, governments and internal mutual supervision mechanism strength is not strong, which finally leading to financial fraud; The school and industry are not divided; the right and responsibility is unclear; the management is not normalized. All these problems greatly restricted the development of private Wushu school during the period of socialist transformation.Therefore, this article takes the present development of school managed industries of Dengfeng private Wushu schools as the breakthrough point, and probe the restricting factors in the process of managing industry, and then finally put forward effective measures to promote the development of school managed industry:firstly, changing ideas and setting up correct idea about school managing industry; secondly, strengthening the government's macro-regulation; thirdly, changing the characteristics of the school and choosing "industry promote school" which finally make the goal of educational public welfare come ture.
