The quantity of male teachers is almost three times of that of female teachers. The average time of working for special education is 8.8 years. Most teachers are already obtained bachelor degree, but there is still no teacher who has obtained postgraduate degree. The levels of PE teachers'professional title increase with age. P. E. teachers major in physical education take on two-fifth of the workload of integrative training and sports rehabilitation training. (6) Field constructions are far from standards. Especially as for the track and field construction, no school could reach the standards. Basketball court, table tennis field and fixed the sports facilities are constructed better. Integrative training rooms are constructed better than other indoor constructions. Multimedia computer and tape recorder are the most commonly used modern teaching facility.
