Physical activity refers to physical activities that are regular,planned,and repetitive,for the purpose of developing the body,improving health,and enhancing physical fitness.Special education schools School sports activities are divided into physical education classes,extracurricular physical activities within the school,and extracurricular physical activities outside the school."Life is in motion,and sports should be scientific." This applies not only to normal people,but also to people with physical activity disorders.Because exercise is not only the basis of rehabilitation,but also an effective means of rehabilitation.Scientific and rational exercise can not only enhance physical fitness,improve health,but also compensate for exercise.At the same time,exercise can make people overcome self-esteem,increase self-confidence,promote mental health development,and enable people to better integrate into society.Deaf students are special groups in thestudent population.Because of the physical defects,in this sense,these students need sports activities to promote their comprehensive development.Therefore,the development of physical education classes and extracurricular physical activities in special education schools and the development of extracurricular physical activities directly affect the development of deaf students' future sports ability.How to play the role of school education in special education schools in the study of deaf-mute students' physical education,so that every physical education educator must solve the problem.This paper takes the deaf students of Guiyang Special Education School as the research object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the basic situation of physical education teaching of deaf students in Guiyang Special Education School,the physical activity of school after school,The paper analyzes the situation of extracurricular sports activities,and investigates the factors affecting the sports activities of deaf students in special education schools in Guiyang.The results show that:(1)Guiyang has six special education for receiving deaf students.The school can meet the special education children in different regions to enter the school nearby.At the same time,the special education school has a variety of sources of funding for the school to meet the daily teaching activities of the special education schools.(2)Special education schools that receive deaf-mute students in Guiyang City,there are widespread sports venues and activities,and due to the lack of venues and facilities,physical education teachers choose physical education content,physical education methods,and physical education goals.More singular,students choose to have the majority of choices to exercise outside the school.Physical education teaching supervision can become the normal state of school management.(3)The physical education teachers of deaf students in Guiyang Special Education School show a younger age in the age structure.The proportion of males is greater than that of females.Most of the coaching years are short,the research ability is insufficient,and their professional attitudes are more active.Most of the teachers' professional types are physical education.The types and content of pre-service and in-service training are rich,and the amount of teaching work is moderate.(4)Most of the deaf students in the after-school physical activities in the school choose to exercise in the afternoon,followed by the morning,which is related to the students' work and physical disabilities.(5)The intensity of physical exercise for most students can promote good health,but the duration of exercise and lack of exercise frequency are lacking.The content of exercise is relatively stable mainly based on sports activities such as basketball,running,badminton and table tennis.The reason may be that these projects are not costly,the venue equipment is more common,and the difficulty of skill learning is lower for students to master the skills.(6)The enthusiasm of students participating in sports competitions is strong,but the work of after-school sports competitions is obviously backward.The work of school sports teams should be strengthened,in order to provide high-quality reserve forces for the disabled sports in Guizhou Province.(7)Family and community sports activities are obviously lagging behind.Students are eager to communicate with children of the same age in other schools.At the same time,there are plenty of activities for off-campus physical exercise,but education on safety should be strengthened.Finally,this paper puts forward some reference opinions on the more important factors affecting the current sports activities of deaf students in special education schools in Guiyang.I hope to provide somereference for the relevant departments to formulate relevant policies and measures.
