There are many special post teachers teaching in rural schools in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province,since the implementation of "special post plan" in 2009.The participation of special post teachers can promote the great development of rural primary and secondary school physical education,narrow the gap between urban and rural education,and form a good education ecological environment.At the same time,there are some problems in the service period of the teachers.By consulting the relevant literature,understanding the relevant policies,and with the help of tutors and experts,I made a detailed survey on the basic living and working conditions of sports special post teachers in Jiujiang City,comprehensively presenting their basic living and working conditions;Based on the research and analysis of the basic living and working conditions of rural sports special post teachers in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province,this paper finds out the factors that are not conducive to the development of sports special post teachers in Jiujiang City,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the development of rural sports teachers in this area.The results are as follows:1.Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province,sports special post teachers generally have few opportunities to communicate with the outside world,lack of various training and exchange activities,and the evaluation of professional titles in various regions is unfair to sports special post teachers,which leads to the reduction of sports special post teachers' enthusiasm for teaching.2.Young sports special post teachers have just come to the rural school,and they are not used to their life and work,but the school leaders do not pay enough attention to them,which brings great pressure to the physical and mental health of sports special post teachers.3.The rural schools in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province are seriously short of sports venues and sports equipment,which also brings challenges to the design and teaching of physical education curriculum.4.After the end of the service period,the teachers in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province will get part of the social bonus,but the salary is generally low.5.The physical education special post teachers in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province have to take part in other subject courses,the amount of class hours is relatively high,which is extremely unfavorable to the teaching of physical education special post teachers and the development of physical education curriculum in local schools.6.The relevant education departments and schools in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province should set up a good professional outlook,values and world outlook for the special post teachers.Provide appropriate help and support for their future career planning.The development countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:1.To improve the treatment of sports special post teachers,schools and education departments can unite with non-governmental organizations to raise funds,and constantly improve the basic welfare on the premise of guaranteeing the material foundation of sports special post teachers.Relevant education departments should actively carry out investigation and supervision to ensure that the preferential policies for teachers are in place.2.Set up recruitment posts to coordinate the proportion of male and female teachers,so that the proportion of male and female students can be coordinated,which can appropriately increase the recruitment of female sports special post teachers,and optimize the gender structure of rural sports special post teachers.3.Reasonably arrange the workload and work posts of special post teachers,and make the selection and arrangement of courses more scientific;Let them have more time and energy to invest in the cause of physical education in the region.4.Increase the investment of physical education teaching funds,improve the construction of corresponding sports facilities,and make reasonable layout of sports venues.5.Pay attention to the training and exchange of sports special post teachers,and the local education department should actively organize the mutual learning and post training among sports special post teachers.6.To strengthen the humanistic care for the special post teachers of physical education,provide good career planning help,and strengthen the humanistic care for the special post teachers of physical education at the same time;In their daily life and work,they should strengthen their ideological and moral construction and plan their future career path.
