Specific to the individual some fine-tuning.(5) Pre-match biochemical index to the body function monitoring reasonable:control weight period of import weeks:most athletes of HB declined slightly, CK rises apparently, UREA increased slightly, T also enhance comprehensive judgement, sports load slants big, but the body can bear, the rest of the time the body function good; Slow lowering weight period:most athletes HB increased slightly, CK very significant increase, UREA increases, T decreases etc comprehensive judgments that load base adapt, CK very significant increase is pregame against increased muscle injury, Fast drop weight of each index of athletes period:the basic normal or in a higher level. Fatigue is restoring, comprehensive judgments that athletes basic adjust to the load arrangement.
