| Objective:With the help of the training load monitoring module of Shandong digital competitive strength platform,RPE,RPE × training duration,acute and chronic load ratio,monotonicity,load pressure and physiological and biochemical indexes,to monitor the sports load and fatigue recovery of 11 athletes of Shandong classical wrestling team during the 14 th National Games,to explore the characteristics of the changes in training load and the recovery from fatigue under different load conditions during the 2021 preparation period of the Shandong classical wrestling team,to further summarize and analyze the rationality and deficiency of the training load arrangement of the classical wrestling events in Shandong province,so as to arrange the training load more scientifically for the classical wrestling teams,actively promote the formation,maintenance and development of athletes’ best competitive state,effectively prevent sports injuries,and scientifically create excellent sports results,help the coach to realize from experience training to intelligent training based on data support to provide useful reference and reference.Research Method:Taking 11 athletes of Shandong classical wrestling team preparing for the 14 th National Games as the research object,using the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics,test and case analysis,based on the data collection,processing and analysis function of digital competitive strength platform,the index system includes RPE,RPE × time,acute and chronic load ratio,monotonicity and load pressure,physiological and biochemical indexes,etc.,the training load and fatigue recovery of the greco-roman wrestling team were monitored in real time,and the data were analyzed by Excel and SPSS26.Results: Through comparative analysis,it is found that the training load of the greco-roman wrestling team is basically carried out according to the rhythm of“Two big and one small” during the preparation period of the national games,and the ACWR(acute and chronic load ratio)is basically maintained between 0.8 and 1.3.Compared with the low intensity week,the RPE of the high intensity week was more than 8.1,the training time was more than 120 minutes,the CK was maintained at about 400 u/L,and the muscle stimulation was more obvious.There was a significant difference between the training load intensity of special confrontation and other training contents(P & LT;0.05),and there was a highly significant difference between the training load intensity of special confrontation and other training contents except for the great strength(P & Lt;0.01).There was no significant difference among the other training contents,and the results of the comparison of load quantity and load intensity of different training contents were the same.Conclusion:(1)the indexes of RPE,RPE × training duration,acute and chronic load ratio,monotonicity and load pressure can effectively reflect the change of internal load during the preparation period of the whole wrestling games,the monitoring results and the load response of the team members are highly consistent with the development of the coach training plan.(2)the load change of the annual training cycle of the classical wrestling team is relatively stable,but the load arrangement in the early stage of the preliminary competition is relatively low,and the load pressure and monotony in the early stage of the final competition are slightly increased.(3)the training load of the classical wrestling team basically follows the weekly rhythm arrangement of“Two big and one small”,the athletes’ body recovers well,and the load intensity and load quantity of the special confrontation training are obviously higher than other training contents,there are obvious individual differences in the training load when the players carry out the same training plan. |
