In China, Numbers of teachers are active in the 137 experimental areas of community education,they are rotated to the community from the ordinary schools and kindergartens. In this paper, the method of narrative research from professional identity of Shanghai community education teachers are studied, described professional identity conflict condition of two full-time teachers' of community education in Shanghai XX district, provides the typical cases of professional identity in the group.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction, this paper discusses the origin, made clear the research topic. It is through the method of narrative, research object, the research process, research results made clear the content such as the research methods and design of this paper.Chapter 2 introduces the analysis framework of this research and its theoretical basis. The analysis framework of this study determined through "professional identity".Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the life stories of two research collaborators, as well as the research present to study the text text reading. This two chapters is the subject of this research, two case stories are all analyzed with it's framework.Chapter 5 discovered that they are working in a state of "professional attachment".Their professional identity is very special in the professional life,most of them are quite satisfied of the work,but to some degree,the role ambiguity phenomenons are being among them. In particular, from the view of "looking-glass self",they feel the embarrassment of professional identity; Though the teachers are rotated to the community from general education, and they have already accumulated rich professional quality,they still need professional communization in the field of community education.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the identity conflict and the influence factors of the conflict.
