Since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic to the normal management of epidemic prevention and control,community grid members have made great contributions to the fight against the new crown epidemic and have been recognized by the society,and the popularity,recognition and work content of community grid members have also undergone tremendous changes,which have also made corresponding changes in community grid members’professional cognition,making the professional identity of community grid members in the new era of research have important significance.The pandemic is not only a challenge for community work,but also an integration of resources.Under the influence of the epidemic,community grid members and people’s lives have become inseparable,such as returning home reporting,nucleic acid testing,daily code scanning temperature measurement,and medical protection under lockdown are closely linked to people’s lives,under the influence of the epidemic,the social influence and social popularity of community grid members have rapidly increased,and their sense of professional achievement and professional identity has also been improved to a certain extent.Starting from the four dimensions of professional reputation,professional belief,professional identity and career prospects,this paper investigates the grid members of community H in Y city through interviews and combined with the occupational identity scale,and investigates and studies the professional identity of community grid members based on the influence of objective factors such as gender,age,educational background,working years,and position and four dimensions.According to the survey results,the professional identity level of community grid members in Y City has been greatly improved compared with before the epidemic,but overall,they still face many problems,such as the work is not understood and the professional reputation is low;lack of professional cognition,weak sense of professional belief;Blurred functional boundaries and unclear occupational identities;Poor promotion channels and weak career prospects also put the professional identity of community grid members in a certain difficulty,affecting the stability of their teams.Therefore,this paper proposes solutions based on relevant policies and the development experience of community grids in other regions,as well as the influencing factors affecting professional reputation,professional beliefs,professional identity and career prospects,such as standardizing professional behavior and improving professional reputation.Strengthen professional training and enhance professional beliefs;Clarify professional boundaries and establish professional identity;Broaden development channels,improve career prospects,and provide their own solutions for the improvement and development of the profession of community grid members,so as to improve the professional identity level of community grid members and promote the improvement and development of the community grassroots level.
