The information technology course in senior high school teaches students IT concerned knowledge and skill, aims to improve their information literacy and learning ability. Evaluation is used to prove whether these aims are reached. However, a well designed and undertaken evaluation can do more than prove and select, it can be a great help to students and teachers to know the progress, which lead to their reflection and adjustment of the learning and teaching process.In order to learn the insufficient in teaching of information technology course and teachers'needs of online evaluation platform, sampling surveys were made in several senior high schools. Guided with the theories of evaluation, bearing teachers' needs in mind, the design concept and framework of the evaluation platform was proposed to make up the shortage of the current evaluation method. After the observation of the teaching process and the analysis of contrast experiment, the effect of online evaluation platform in senior high school IT course was discussed.This dissertation has two features:Firstly, information technology was applied to instruction to solve problems in IT teaching.Secondly, took online evaluation platform as tool to carry out evaluation to promote and improve both teaching and learning. Enabled students to realize in the evaluation process the effect of evaluation as a monitor as well as a guide, and provided teachers with abundant information of students and their tracks of learning, which made it possible for teachers to carry out individualized education.
