The new curriculum reform has been fully opened in our province; the new curriculum from the knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion attitude and values of the three dimensions to consider students’knowledge construction process. In the information technology teaching in senior high school, is more focused on the cultivation of students’ information literacy and the use of information technology tools to the desire and ability of independent learning, team cooperation and lifelong learning; this also to the traditional teaching of information technology brings a new challenge. Should be in consideration of information technology teaching how to realize 3D target and reflect the students’ information literacy promotion at the same time, the education of information technology has found a new problem:how to ensure the realization of three-dimensional target specific? Should use what way of evaluation to objectively, accurately reflect the students information literacy promotion? How to understand the actual effect of the teachers’ teaching to the students? How to embody the equality, development and care in the teaching evaluation, really promote learning, improve?This research is based on constructivism learning theory, the use of modern information technology tools, the design of a specific, with three parts of certain operational information technology curriculum in high school--including online evaluation system of teacher evaluation, evaluation and group evaluation of students, through the combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation phase way, reflect the process of evaluation, summative evaluation, collaborative evaluation of learners and the learning process of the role; combined with the Colonel "credits" to make use of the teaching evaluation, benefit be realized. Therefore, through this study, hope that through the evaluation of information’technology curriculum in high school made some explorations, draw the systematic theory and method; at the same time, by means of modern information technology, make the evaluation more scientific and practical.This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the design and development of online evaluation system of high school information technology curriculum. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research objectives, research contents, research projects, research ideas; the second chapter introduces the specific implementation process, the development process and the specific production, results show the system research; the third chapter introduces the application process of online evaluation system on Information Technology Teaching--a unit of learning to find out the problems existing in the system and to be improved; the fourth chapter to form a more perfect information technology curriculum evaluation system strategy; to reflect on this study, the role of online evaluation system on the teaching of information technology in three dimensional teaching goals are auxiliary and drive; the fifth chapter is summary and analysis of the study of the problems and difficulties, to the application of online evaluation system were discussed, and discusses the prospect of application and extension in other disciplines.
