The Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) clearly pointed out the need to "establish a comprehensive development of the evaluation system for students. Evaluation should not only focus on academic performance of students, but also to discover and develop the potential of students to understand the needs of the students, to help students in self-understanding, build self-confidence. Evaluation plays an educational function for students at the same level of development."Evaluation is an important component of basic education curriculum reform. It is one education process, to some extent, it can control the way of teaching and learning. Education under the guidance of certain values, certain standards, and using certain ways to the ideological and moral character, academic achievement and physical and mental qualities to make value judgments, to make a fair evaluation is the need of the current curriculum reform.With the development of the curriculum reform, information technology courses evaluation will pay more attention to the knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitudes and values, the evaluation of three-dimensional targets, focusing on the participation of students, teachers, parents and the community to participate in the evaluation, the attention to individual student, encouraging students to create practice, and gradually upgrade their information literacy.This research attempts to draw on various theories and methods of teaching evaluation, particularly the achievements in information technology, curriculum evaluation and curriculum materials, to construct an evaluation system for high school information technology education and contribute to deep it.The paper describes the research on information technology evaluation, and then analyzes the content of the information technology evaluation in high school, Based on the modem evaluation theory; combining the content and criteria, the paper puts forward the methods and proposals of students' work-study evaluation. It also refers to the combination of new teaching ideas to try to build a student evaluation system of information technology and use to build an evaluation system website. In the end makes a final summary of the entire paper and outline the future research direction.
