With the development of curriculum reform and information technology, building evaluation system based on information platform, it is benefit not only to meet with the new curriculum ideas and requirements of the times, but also to the integration of teaching and evaluation.In order to make up the current lack of educational evaluation, paper constructs chemistry concepts evaluation system, changed the traditional evaluation methods, set up evaluation system to promote the comprehensive development of studentsThrough the research about relevant theories, combined with the characteristics of chemistry subject, select chemical bond as example, design the chemical Bond evaluation system model and tested on information technology platform. Based on feedback from the results of the evaluation results to establish electronic portfolio, the evaluation system is expected to have some validity. For teachers can reduce the workload for teachers, master classes, the improve teaching. For students,help them understand their own knowledge shortage.Testing commenced in Shanghai and Wuxi, selected the five schools. Survey results show that the chemical bond evaluation system is feasible, This system is efficiently to help teachers assess student understanding of a comprehensive analysis acquire knowledge and skills to improve student learning, but also reflect the students’ cognitive processes and capabilities.The results show that there are differences in the level of learning in different regions, Shanghai students learn better than students in Wuxi. The learning of chemical bond structure is the best but the learning of the chemical bond history is the worst. It shows that teachers focus only focus on imparting knowledge rather than emphasis on developing students’ learning about the nature of science concept.The chemical bond evaluation system has the function of Diagnosis, orientation, adjustment.Limitations of this thesis is that due to the limited technical capabilities, select the type of questions can be more diverse, the latter can be further study based on procedural learning.
